Journaling or meditation: what do you need now?
Writing can help when thoughts circle quickly. A mindful or comfortable breathing pause may fit when you want to notice the present without analyzing it immediately.
Start with writing when… you want to organize an event, form a question, or notice change over days. Open the clarity journal and write one unedited line.
Start with reflection when… you want to notice what is happening now without turning it straight into a decision. Notice sound, body, or breath; stop if the exercise feels uncomfortable.
Start by naming a feeling when… neither route is clear. Try the emotion wheel before or after writing.
Example
“I am tense before a meeting”: name apprehension, write what you fear and can prepare for, then take a short pause. You do not need all three steps every time.

- Choose a world — Ten worlds organize every tool (from "self-trust" to "my relationships"). Pick the one closest to your current state.
- Open a tool — Each tool has a different interaction mode (writing, scale, open question, choices). You will find a "how to use" note at the top of the tool.
- Interact & record — Write, choose, or respond. Your entries are saved in your personal log (requires sign-in).
- Gentle reflection — After writing you may request "Reflect on my words" — a kind companion gives you a descriptive note. No judgement, no advice.
- Keep going — Tools are designed for repeated use; some patterns only emerge over time.
How journeys work
12 guided journeys spanning 21–45 days — each with a deep soul theme (reproach, decision, authenticity…). You walk through them one step a day.
- Choose your journey — Each journey is a specific theme (reproach, decision, authenticity, inner voice…). Buy one for permanent access or subscribe for all.
- Phases — Every journey is divided into 4–5 phases you move through gradually. Each phase has deep guiding prompts that build on each other.
- Day by day — You progress through one prompt per day (21–45 days depending on the journey). Don't rush; depth takes time.
- Embedded tools — Inside each phase are embedded reflection tools that complement the main prompt.
- Intensity tracking — You measure emotional intensity at start and end; the closing card reflects your transformation.
- Map & mirrors — Your journeys accumulate in your visual self-map, with weekly, monthly, and annual mirrors tracking patterns over time.
Fadfada — the listening space
Choose your privacy mode
Three modes: Ephemeral (wiped on close) · Keep on device (your browser only) · Keep on my account (AES-256 encrypted, syncs across devices).
Speak freely
The companion does not judge or preach. It mirrors what it hears, sits with you, and asks one question that opens a door. Your space.
Free: 3 messages, permanently · Subscriber: 600 msg/mo, unlimited on annual. Sign in to start free.
Naseeha — evidence-based advice
Describe your situation
Tell the advisor what you are facing (decision, relationship, procrastination, difficult feelings…).
Answer the clarifying questions
It asks 2–4 precise questions to understand your situation before advising — this is what makes it sharper than asking an AI assistant directly.
Receive the referenced advice
Advice grounded in a named scientific framework (CBT, self-compassion, motivational interviewing…) with the source cited, and reference cards shown below the reply.
Free: 1 message, permanently · Subscriber: 90 msg/mo, unlimited on annual. Sign in to start free. This is developmental guidance — not diagnosis or a substitute for a professional.
The clarity test
Twelve short questions (5 min) give you a descriptive profile explaining your current state, and a recommended journey — a free starting point for every user. Redo it anytime to track your transformation.
Take the testSelf-map & mirrors
Every entry you write and every journey you complete accumulates in your visual self-map — showing dominant values, feelings, and patterns over time. Weekly, monthly, and annual mirrors distil your journey into a guided reading that makes review an anticipated ritual, not a chore.
Privacy & data
Sensitive reflective entries are encrypted (AES-256), while identity and payment run through Zayenha Hub. You can request export, correction, or deletion. Chat messages reach the AI provider to generate replies; see the privacy policy for saving and retention details.

CBT Guidance Sessions
An AI guide built on CBT-style methodology — not therapy and not a substitute for a licensed professional, but a real session structure across 10 consecutive sessions: reviewing last session's homework, a new skill (thought records, behavioral activation, cognitive distortions…), practical application, and new homework followed up next time. Multiple series, each auto-classified from your own words — from anxiety and burnout, to sexual health and behavioral addictions (like gambling or compulsive shopping), to self-esteem and grief.
Start the programGuided Sleep Program
An AI guide inspired by CBT-I principles — not medical treatment or a substitute for a licensed professional. It offers six weekly sessions with a sleep diary, a window computed from your data, and a review chat. The safety screen may flag reasons to seek professional care; it cannot confirm clinical suitability.
Start the programHeld
An AI guide for reflecting on feelings and situations through questions and descriptions inspired by some psychological frameworks. It is not a psychologist or therapy; it does not assess your condition clinically or select treatment for you. Start with open Held or “Explore Your Story” to review how you describe your experiences, and change paths later. If you need diagnosis or treatment, or are in danger, contact a professional or emergency service.
Start nowUnsaid
A live dialogue exercise facilitated by AI using empty-chair and inner-parts techniques — you write both voices of the dialogue; the AI does not speak for a real person. A grounding step is available if you stop or feel overwhelmed. A brief safety screen can flag reasons not to continue; it cannot confirm clinical suitability.
