A real example from the conversation

I keep procrastinating on important tasks even though I know they deserve priority. How do I stop this?
One question before advice, to clarify the picture: when you procrastinate, is it mostly boredom with the task, or fear of not doing it perfectly? The distinction matters — task-aversion is treated by breaking it into a very small first step, while fear of imperfection needs the "perfect" standard loosened first (drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — CBT).

How does Naseeha advice work?

This is developmental guidance, not medical diagnosis or a substitute for a professional.
Is Naseeha a substitute for therapy?
This is an advisory and guidance space, not medical diagnosis or a substitute for a professional. If you have thoughts of harming yourself or you are in danger, please do not stay alone: reach someone you trust or a professional now, or call emergency services. KSA mental-health line: 920033360 · Emergency: 997 · Health helpline: 937.
Is my Naseeha conversation saved?
By default we do not save your conversation in our database. But your words are sent, moment by moment, to the AI provider we use (via OpenRouter) to generate the reply, and are handled there under its own terms and retention policy, which we cannot guarantee on its behalf. We do not use your text to train any model ourselves. If you choose “Keep on my device”, the saved copy stays in your browser alone (messages still go to the same provider on each reply). If you choose “Keep on my account”, it is stored with us encrypted (AES-256) and you can erase it anytime. Avoid typing your full name, ID number, or any identifying detail you do not need to.
