Privacy
Your privacy is foundational. We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive fields (entries, closures, mirrors).
- We never store raw IP — secure hash only (ip_hash).
- Identity & payment via Zayenha Hub — we do not store your financial data.
- Right to export, correct, and delete within 72 hours.
- Account deletion erases entries & audio, keeping a non-personal audit trail.
Conversational services (Fadfada & Naseeha)
These services offer three privacy modes — you choose:
- Ephemeral (default) — Nothing is stored. Your words pass transiently through the model to generate a reply only — never written to our servers.
- Keep on my device — The conversation is saved in your own browser (localStorage) and never uploaded to us.
- Keep on my account — Stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our servers and linked to your account only. Erase it anytime from your account page.
In all modes: conversation text is not used to train external models and is not shared with third parties. "Naseeha" delivers developmental guidance — not medical diagnosis or religious ruling.
Structured session services (Held, Unsaid, CBT, Insomnia)
Each session saves its full conversation and a short summary (both AES-256 encrypted) automatically so you can return to it and continue where you left off, and the AI guide remembers your prior sessions — you can always turn off saving a specific session from its finish window (neither its text nor its summary is kept), or permanently clear your entire session history at any time from each service own page. Unsaid specifically keeps who or what you addressed as technical session data it needs to function, even with saving turned off.
