Agreement

Terms

By using Zayenha Soul you agree it is an adult self-reflection & wellbeing tool — not treatment, diagnosis, or religious ruling. The clauses below detail your rights and obligations.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By using Zayenha Soul you agree to these terms. The service is intended for adults (18+).

2. Nature of the service

Soul is a self-reflection, wellbeing, and personal-development tool. It is not treatment, psychological diagnosis, or religious ruling, and does not replace professional advice. Content is developmental guidance with declared sources and confidence levels. "Fadfada" is a supportive listening space, not therapy. "Naseeha" is developmental reference-based guidance, not medical diagnosis or religious ruling.

3. Account & sign-in

Sign-in is via Zayenha Hub single sign-on. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & billing

All subscriptions, payments, and invoices are managed exclusively via Zayenha Hub (in SAR, including 15% VAT). A subscription renews until you cancel, and you may cancel anytime. Refunds are governed by the separate refund page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach it, resell its content, or use it for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

6. Intellectual property

The content, tools, journeys, design, and brand are owned by Zayenha and licensed to you for personal use within your subscription, without copying, distribution, or derivative use.

7. Your content & privacy

Your reflective entries remain yours; we process them per the privacy policy and PDPL, encrypted, with your right to export or delete.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” for wellbeing and development. To the extent permitted by law, Zayenha is not liable for indirect harm arising from use, and its outputs are not a medical or religious decision.

9. Changes to terms & service

We may update these terms or the service; material updates take effect with reasonable notice. Continued use after an update means acceptance.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes are resolved amicably first, then before the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
